Pedraza’s Pastries began in 2018 when a neighbor suggested that Samantha’s kolaches and cookies were good enough to sell. In 2019 the Pedraza family returned to Karnes County, where Samantha has built the business into a small but thriving cottage bakery.
Currently I'm taking a little time off to recuperate from the holiday season. In February I'll be back at it. We also take custom orders and are exploring other opportunities. Check out our menu and let us know what we can whip up to satisfy your sweet tooth or feed a crowd.
