Pedraza’s Pastries began in 2018 when a neighbor suggested Samantha’s kolaches and cookies were good enough to sell. In 2019, the Pedraza family returned to Karnes County, where Samantha began building the business into the small but thriving cottage bakery it is today.
Today, Pedraza’s Pastries takes custom orders and participates in local markets. We’re continuing to expand our menu with new and exciting baked goods. Take a look around and let us know what we can whip up to satisfy your sweet tooth or feed a crowd.
Recently, we announced plans to expand Pedraza’s Pastries into a storefront bakery! While we don’t have an opening date yet, demo has begun and we’re excited to bring a beautiful bakery and café to Kenedy. In the meantime, we’re still taking orders and popping up at local markets.
